I finished this today and will take it to my sister this weekend. Can't wait to see her. I decided to do a knit flower knot instead of the cotton lining flower. I may make an extra so she can switch them out. Pretty fun for the summer though. I used the tutorial on Ruffles and Stuff to create the bag.
You are amazing, just like I have always said. You could never imagine how much I needed to see this and read your message today. Long story but I can say this, I don't think that I will ever understand some people but I am learning the older I get that it is ok, I am not suppose too. Not all people are happy nor do they wish too be. I may always see the bright side of things from the beginning or give others the benefit of the doubt from the beginning..others are opposite. Praise The Lord for loving me and helping me each day even some days hour by hour to smile and count to ten!! I cannot wait until you get here, truly I am so excited. I wish that I was going to be able to spend more time with you but I understand that time is always so rushed when it comes to us. I am just so happy that you are heading out to the mountains with mom and all the other ladies to enjoy one of the things you love most. Even though I am having pamphets sent to me about Addiction-in a Serger way thread, patterns, buttons and all that stuff! LOL I will carry that great bag proudly!! Love you sis- to the moon and back!
