Kitchen sink Quiche

This recipe is pretty flexible. Combine 3 large eggs and 1/2 cup of milk. Cook 1/2 cup of chopped fresh broccoli with 1/2 cup chopped onion in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Mix this into egg mixture. I also added 3/4 cup fresh spinach to mine.Add 2/3 cup chopped cooked ham, bacon or sausage. Then stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese. I used casserole cheese in these, but swiss is good as well as cheddar. Add salt and pepper. Then pour into prepared pie crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden and eggs are set. You can add different ingredients like mushrooms or olives and peppers. It would be yummy served with salsa too. This quiche is nice because it doesn't really use that many eggs, but still makes a great breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner!
